Well, at least they are trying to practice their English and/or share some learning tips.  I eke out a living now taking in international students here to study English (for the most part - some are doing post-secondary studies).

I get lots of laughs here at the mangling of English....

To unjoin any place you just go to your "blog" (click your name or mugshot-of-the-moment anywhere it appears on a lefromage page to get there - e.g. http://communityfeedbackfordummies.lefora.com/800lbkilgore/blog/).

Then click on the "My Forums" tab on that page.
Then click on the "leave forum" link for the group you want to exit, and you're off to the races.  Or is that dearly departed?  Whatever.

You should also theoretically be able to get to that page from this link if you are signed in:

Hmmm.  If you've already voted, you can't see the options.  The options should be listed with a radio bullet to click beside each. If not, then the poll is broken...  They have lots of broken stuff around here - it's all new features, much like at MNS!

Ya know, the english used there is a bit odd.  I think they are all foreigners just practicing their english.

When you go into the Forum Admin view (you found it - that's the place you go to change  the colors and themes, right?)  There is an option on the 'Home 'tab called, oddly enough, 'Stats'.
